Design and develop advanced AI/ML solutions including Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), model optimization, statistical evaluation, and generative AI research. Build and evaluate large-scale neural networks, engineer datasets, mentor junior engineers, publish research, and collaborate with domain experts to solve complex business problems using state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
