These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website, mobile applications, software platforms, recruitment technology solutions, hiring tools, candidate databases, applicant tracking systems, employer services, and related offerings provided by Hirevoo Marketing and Consultancy Private Limited (“Hirevoo”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, registering, subscribing, purchasing, or using any Hirevoo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and Services.
For the purposes of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws, this document constitutes an electronic record and does not require physical or digital signatures.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Account” means the registered account created by a User on the Platform.
1.2 “Candidate” means any individual whose profile, resume, information, application, or data is available on the Platform.
1.3 “Customer” means any employer, company, organization, recruitment agency, staffing firm, consultant, recruiter, or authorized user accessing the Services.
1.4 “Platform” means the Hirevoo website, applications, software systems, dashboards, APIs, databases, and related technology infrastructure.
1.5 “Services” means job posting services, candidate sourcing services, applicant tracking systems, recruitment workflow tools, hiring analytics, AI-powered recruitment tools, employer branding services, consulting services, and any other services offered by Hirevoo.
1.6 “Subscription” means any paid or unpaid plan offered by Hirevoo.
1.7 “User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Users must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws.
2.2 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- (a) you possess all necessary authority to enter into these Terms;
- (b) all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current;
- (c) you are not prohibited from accessing the Services under any applicable law;
- (d) you shall use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
2.3 If you are acting on behalf of a company, partnership, LLP, recruitment agency, staffing company, or any other legal entity, you represent that you are duly authorized to bind such entity.
3. Services
3.1 Hirevoo provides recruitment technology and hiring support solutions including but not limited to:
- Job Posting Services
- Candidate Sourcing
- Resume Database Access
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Recruitment Workflow Management
- Hiring Analytics
- Employer Branding Services
- AI-Based Candidate Matching
- Hiring Health Score Assessments
- Recruitment Consulting
- HRMS and related products
3.2 Hirevoo reserves the right to modify, enhance, discontinue, restrict, or introduce services without prior notice.
3.3 Certain services may be governed by additional service-specific terms.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Users may be required to create an Account to access certain Services.
4.2 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4.3 Users shall be responsible for all activities conducted through their Account.
4.4 Hirevoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts found to contain false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Certain Services are available only through paid subscriptions.
5.2 Subscription fees shall be payable in advance.
5.3 All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.4 Hirevoo reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.
5.5 Active subscriptions shall continue until expiry of the purchased term.
5.6 Multi-month subscriptions constitute fixed contractual commitments.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 All payments made to Hirevoo are final and non-refundable.
6.2 No refunds shall be provided for:
- (a) unused subscriptions;
- (b) dissatisfaction with candidate quality;
- (c) lack of hiring activity;
- (d) internal hiring freezes;
- (e) organizational restructuring;
- (f) business closures;
- (g) change in business requirements;
- (h) employee turnover;
- (i) failure to utilize purchased services.
6.3 Multi-month and annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled before expiry.
7. No Guarantee of Hiring Outcomes
7.1 Hirevoo is a technology platform and hiring enablement service.
7.2 Hirevoo does not guarantee:
- Candidate applications
- Candidate availability
- Candidate quality
- Interviews
- Shortlisting
- Offer acceptance
- Candidate joining
- Successful hiring
- Employee retention
7.3 All hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Customer.
7.4 No claim, refund, compensation, damages, or liability shall arise from hiring outcomes.
