MBA Intern - (Business Analytics)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated MBA candidate (final semester or completed) to join our Data Science team as an intern. The role focuses on building and standardizing KRA/KPI frameworks across the organization, enabling better performance tracking and data-driven decision-making from a business perspective. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand existing processes, business goals, and performance metrics Engage with stakeholders to identify gaps in current KRA/KPI definitions and tracking mechanisms Design and define structured KRA/KPI frameworks aligned with organizational objectives Identify gaps in existing data systems and recommend requirements for capturing critical data Perform business analysis to ensure KPIs are measurable, relevant, and actionable Work closely with Data Science and Tech teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions Assist in documentation, standardization, and reporting of metrics and performance frameworks Expected Outcomes Well-defined and standardized KRA/KPI frameworks across organization, department, project, and team levels Identification of data gaps along with actionable recommendations for system improvements Enhanced alignment between business objectives and measurable performance indicators Required Skills & Qualifications MBA (final semester or completed), preferably in Business Analytics, Strategy, or Operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand business processes and convert them into measurable KPIs Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) Strong documentation and structuring skills Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment Preferred Attributes Interest in data-driven decision-making and performance management systems Exposure to dashboards, reporting tools, or business intelligence concepts is a plus Stipend - 15000/month Role: Data Science & Analytics - Other Industry Type: NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations Department: Data Science & Analytics Employment Type: Part Time, Permanent Role Category: Data Science & Analytics - Other Education PG: MBA/PGDM in Business Strategy, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization
