Job Summary: The Assistant Manager (Gold Loan) oversees daily branch operations, ensures accurate gold valuation, drives loan disbursements, and manages risk compliance. This role balances sales targets with strict security protocols to grow the gold loan portfolio safely
Role:
Support the Branch Manager in managing the gold loan business.
Drive gold loan sales & business development.
Ensure smooth branch operations and service delivery.
Monitor loan portfolio quality and collections.
Lead & support branch staff to achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Achieve gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
Acquire new customers through field sourcing & referrals.
Process loan applications and verify KYC/documents.
Coordinate gold appraisal and ensure accurate loan processing.
Monitor overdue accounts and support collections to control NPAs.
Resolve customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare MIS reports
Assist the Branch Manager in overall branch performance and operational excellence.
