Job description
MYtech Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst for a fixed-term contract supporting Northern Territory Government (NTG) projects until June 2027. The Technical Analyst will investigate, analyse, review and document technology processes, systems and tools to improve operational outcomes. Responsibilities include developing implementation plans for complex change requests, evaluating risks, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, working with clients, vendors and service providers, and ensuring minimal system downtime. The role requires strong technical analysis capabilities across infrastructure, security, networks, databases and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will support complex information systems, prepare technical documentation, design and implement process improvements, perform Atlassian Server-to-Cloud migrations, evaluate integrations and security requirements, and develop migration strategies. The role may require after-hours support and collaboration with diverse stakeholders while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
