Job description
100% onsite role supporting Maine state offices. Provide Tier 2 technical support, troubleshoot Cisco switches/routers, handle help desk tickets, diagnose hardware/software issues, support users through phone and remote assistance, document processes, maintain knowledge base, assist field technicians, coordinate training and manage network inventory operations. Responsible for inventory audits, cycle counts, stock forecasting, procurement tracking, equipment logistics, reporting and maintaining accurate inventory records. Must provide quality customer support, prioritize workload, identify and escalate issues, and contribute to service improvement initiatives."
