Technology Officer - Information Services

Develop your career with Sunshine Coast Health in southeast Queensland. The Technology Officer will join Information Services within Digital Health and Technology. The Service Delivery team provides and coordinates ICT infrastructure and service delivery solutions. The role is responsible for providing technical support services and incident resolution to maintain defined enterprise service levels across one or more technology domains. Key responsibilities include assisting with installation and configuration of software, hardware and equipment, testing product versions, assisting in the build, documentation and implementation of technical solutions, applying ICT design standards and solution architectures, and participating with specialist technical resources in delivering complex technical solutions. The position supports Queensland Health sites by maintaining reliable ICT services and contributing to effective technology operations. Remuneration value up to $117,603 per annum, comprising salary between $93,556 - $103,074 plus employer superannuation contribution of 12.75% and annual leave loading of 17.5%.
