Job description
Holyoake is seeking a passionate IT professional to join its senior leadership team as Manager Technology. This newly created role provides an opportunity to lead technology transformation across the organisation and work closely with internal teams and external IT support providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving IT practices, leading technology-enabled improvement projects, supporting digital transformation initiatives and ensuring technology enhances business operations and service delivery. Key responsibilities include advising senior stakeholders on best practice IT use including responsible AI adoption, managing technology projects, overseeing IT operations, maintaining technology assets, improving user experience, monitoring IT issues and providing expert solutions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. The position is based in Victoria Park with flexible work-from-home options available.
