Job description
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the Technology Portfolio team on a permanent basis. The role is responsible for managing organisational change across Technology and ensuring technology initiatives are effectively adopted across the business. The Change Manager will develop and execute end-to-end change strategies for technology projects, create communication plans, support AI tool deployments including Microsoft Copilot and automation solutions, partner with leaders and project teams, and develop learning resources to improve user adoption. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement, tracking adoption outcomes, building SharePoint communication sites, creating change resources and supporting sustainable technology transformation. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment and contribute to a purpose-driven organisation focused on innovation, inclusion and member service.
