Job description
Queensland Health is seeking a Senior Technology Officer to join the Digital Partnership team and provide effective ICT support services across Queensland. The role delivers Level 2 technical support through on-site and remote service delivery, focusing on Networks and Unified Communications, End User Computing, Servers and related ICT environments. Responsibilities include managing, configuring, monitoring and supporting complex technology environments, resolving incidents within defined service levels, fulfilling service requests, maintaining technical documentation and applying eHealth Queensland incident management practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, provide high-quality customer service, mentor junior staff and contribute to the ongoing improvement of ICT services. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability and knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes.
