Job description
Melton City Council is seeking a Senior Support Technical Analyst to lead technical support analysts and maintain the operational integrity of the organisation's technology platforms. The role is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and support to IT Technical Analysts delivering 2nd and 3rd line support services. Key responsibilities include managing complex technical issues, identifying root causes of incidents, recommending improvements, maintaining and configuring technology platforms, supporting IT service delivery and developing technical resource plans. The successful candidate will contribute to operational excellence, improve technology availability and support business information systems across the council environment. The position requires strong leadership skills, experience managing IT support teams and a background in corporate information technology environments.
