Job description
Manager, Learning Design & Technology role with Kendall & Collins for a well-established Australian organisation. This newly created leadership position focuses on shaping the future of workplace learning through technology, digital capability and AI-driven solutions. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the role owns the learning technology roadmap, supports implementation of HCM and Learning Management Systems, explores emerging technologies and creates scalable learning experiences. The successful candidate will lead a small team of specialists, collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams and Learning & Development functions, and translate learning strategy into practical business outcomes. The role requires someone with strong experience in learning technology, digital learning, capability development, organisational development or related fields, with the ability to innovate and improve learning experiences through technology.
