On-site Technician

Support Management by ensuring all devices are monitored in line with contracts and SLAs. Provide end-user support, monitor and resolve incidents, and roll out enhancements or new products/equipment according to account plans. Provide technical leadership, improve fault diagnosis processes, implement technical designs, and act as an escalation point for support teams. Responsibilities include repair and replacement of desktops, laptops, printers, and modems; troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, security systems, internet, email, databases, and applications; performing installations, maintenance, upgrades, configuration, and technical assessments. Create and maintain technical documentation including procedures, instructions, and operational manuals. Support service delivery requirements and conduct system analysis, audits, and reviews. Required capability levels include Systems Installation/Decommissioning Level 3, Information Security Level 3, Network Support Level 2, IT Operations Level 2, Applications Support Level 2, Service Desk and Incident Management Level 3, Change Management Level 2, Conformance Review Level 3, and Client Services Management Level 3.
