Job description
Goodstart Early Learning is Australia's largest early learning provider and a not-for-profit social enterprise focused on improving outcomes for children and families. The ICT Service Desk Specialist (Internal Title: ICT Centre Support Specialist) will provide responsive technical support across Goodstart's national network of centres and support offices. The role involves delivering high-quality ICT support across hardware, software, systems and user access requests; diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; managing high volumes of service requests; escalating complex issues to internal ICT teams and third-party vendors; supporting user account management, system access and technology administration; maintaining accurate documentation; and contributing to continuous improvement of ICT service delivery processes. The successful candidate will work as a trusted technology partner, ensuring reliable systems so Goodstarters can focus on providing quality early learning services across Australia.
