Job description
Technical Support Consultant role within a growing software business that has recently transitioned its flagship platform to the cloud. The position focuses on supporting customers through technical troubleshooting, data validation, onboarding, migration activities and cloud platform support. The role goes beyond traditional ticket-based support and works closely with Product, Engineering and Development teams to improve customer experience and platform capability. Responsibilities include querying databases using SQL to investigate and resolve data issues, supporting client onboarding, configuring platforms and user access, assisting with data migration and validation, identifying data anomalies and schema issues, supporting technical reruns using automation tools and scripts, configuring SharePoint environments, sandbox tenants and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, collaborating with development teams, and creating knowledge base documentation, SOPs and client communication templates. This role provides a career pathway into Product, Engineering, Technical Consulting or Solutions Consulting.
