Job description
DBG Health is a global-scale privately owned healthcare organisation focused on delivering affordable health, wellness and beauty solutions. The Service Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of high-quality IT services and digital workplace experiences across DBG Health's global operations in Australia, New York and London. Reporting to the General Manager Cyber Security & Technology Operations, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing managed service providers, improving operational performance, enhancing end-user technology services and ensuring secure, reliable technology outcomes. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring services meet SLAs and operational standards, managing MSP relationships, driving service improvements, overseeing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Intune, device management, collaboration platforms and identity access management. The role also involves monitoring service performance, implementing incident, problem and change management improvements, partnering with cybersecurity teams on endpoint security and Zero Trust principles, managing major incidents, and translating technical performance into business outcomes.
