Job description
Linear Clinical Research is a not-for-profit organisation specialising in complex and first-in-human clinical trials for global research organisations and sponsors. The Applications Support Analyst will join the Technology team and be responsible for supporting and maintaining business-critical applications, ensuring system availability, performance and reliability to support clinical trial operations. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert for business applications, providing technical assistance, escalation support and issue resolution for SaaS products and Microsoft 365 applications. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving application performance, functionality and data processing issues, performing regular maintenance tasks, managing application updates, monitoring system performance, providing user training, supporting new system evaluations and integrations, and ensuring cybersecurity controls are implemented and maintained. The successful candidate will work closely with users, application owners, technical teams and business stakeholders across Nedlands and Joondalup locations.
