Job description
The Housing Industry Association (HIA), Australia's peak residential building industry body, is seeking a Client Services Application and Desktop Support Officer to provide application support, user onboarding and desktop fleet assistance for HIA members and staff. Reporting to the IT General Manager within the IT Services team, this role is responsible for delivering first and second-level helpdesk support, resolving technical issues, supporting business applications and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities include introducing and supporting HIA applications such as the HIA website, Contracts Online, CPD Diary, CRM and other business systems, assisting with remote access solutions including VPN and Cellular APN, supporting IP Telephony and Webex phone systems, recording and tracking service requests through the IT helpdesk system, performing problem analysis, communicating issue updates to users, and escalating unresolved issues when required. The successful candidate will support HIA's desktop environment and work closely with staff and members to ensure reliable technology services.
