Job description
OneHarvest is seeking an Enterprise Platform Owner to take ownership of core enterprise platforms supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance and planning operations. Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, this senior role is responsible for setting platform direction, standards, investment priorities and ensuring technology solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. The role combines business analysis, technology leadership and project delivery, requiring strong capability in understanding business needs, mapping processes, defining requirements and leading enterprise application improvements. Key responsibilities include working with operational and corporate teams to identify opportunities, acting as technology lead for enterprise platforms, defining requirements and success measures, managing platform projects, releases and enhancements, owning platform roadmaps and lifecycle management, leading change adoption, managing ERP, MES, WMS and planning systems, ensuring platform availability, security and performance, managing risks, supporting incident and change management processes, maintaining documentation and partnering with business leaders to deliver technology-driven improvements. The successful candidate will have experience owning enterprise platforms within manufacturing or supply chain environments and a strong background in business analysis, project management and continuous improvement.
