Job description
Kelsian Group Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Group IT Project Management Office (PMO) and support a multi-year technology transformation program. The role involves managing assigned technology projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines and budgets. Reporting to the Head of the IT PMO, the Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, technical specialists, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver successful technology outcomes. Responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives and deliverables, developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, managing risks and issues, maintaining project documentation, reporting project status, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will have experience delivering technology or business change projects using waterfall, agile or hybrid methodologies. Experience with IT infrastructure and cyber security projects is highly regarded. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse technology portfolio within a large ASX-listed organisation operating across Australia, Singapore, the UK and the US.
