ICT Support (Level 1) - McLaren Vale

Peoplebank are recruiting for a Level 1 IT Support Analyst to work onsite at their education sector client based in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide (45min south of the CBD). This role will be offered as an initial 6 month contract, but with a very strong chance to go permanent after the initial contract period. Seeking a friendly, knowledgeable IT Help Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for teachers, students, and staff at a vibrant educational institution. This role involves face-to-face support as well as phone and email assistance. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless access to ICT systems, troubleshooting technology issues, supporting school operations, and assisting with planned project periods. Required Skills: Minimum 3+ years proven experience in ICT support, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly professional approach. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-based prioritisation. Knowledge of Mac and Windows environments. Nice to Have: Education sector ICT support experience, tertiary IT qualifications, ITIL Foundation certification, ability to support projects during school holidays, valid Working with Children Check.
