Job description
The AI Change Specialist will lead adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across Brisbane North PHN. The role focuses on supporting safe and responsible AI use by building workforce capability, delivering change management, strengthening governance and helping teams achieve value from Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, automation and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include coaching leaders and teams, designing AI literacy training programs, implementing AI governance frameworks, developing policies and controls, supporting privacy and security compliance, and driving technology adoption across diverse staff groups.
