Job description
Ray White and Loan Market is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to support technology adoption and digital capability across its national real estate network. The role focuses on training business owners, sales agents and administrators on Ray White’s One System platform, ensuring successful adoption of applications, integrations and technology-enabled sales processes. Responsibilities include delivering online and face-to-face training sessions, developing training plans, conducting office visits, preparing reports, supporting onboarding programs, maintaining training materials and helping offices improve technology usage. The successful candidate will have experience in technology training, digital platforms, real estate technology applications and stakeholder engagement.
