The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, managing talent pipelines, supporting recruitment processes and maintaining CRM records. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing through databases and platforms, conducting screening activities, supporting interviews, managing references, assisting offer processes and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The successful candidate will have recruitment, sales, HR or customer service experience with strong communication skills and interest in technology recruitment.
