Job description
MAK Industrial Water Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage service operations for water and wastewater treatment solutions. The role coordinates field technicians, customer requests, maintenance schedules and service delivery activities. Responsibilities include managing service jobs from quoting to invoicing, scheduling technicians, coordinating mobilisation requirements, preparing quotations, managing purchase orders, maintaining ERP records, coordinating inventory and ensuring compliance requirements are completed.
