Job description
Agrifac Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Agronomy & Product Development Specialist – Precision Spraying to support the growth of EXXACT Robotics precision agriculture technologies in Australia. The role acts as the bridge between Australian farming requirements and global product development teams, translating grower insights, agronomic challenges and market opportunities into product improvements and innovation initiatives. The successful candidate will become the Australian market expert for precision spraying technologies, working with growers, agronomists, researchers, dealers and international R&D teams. Responsibilities include market intelligence, grower engagement, field trials, product validation, technical enablement, customer feedback analysis and supporting the commercialisation of next-generation AI, robotics, sensors and data-driven agricultural solutions.
