Job description
eFinancialCareers is seeking a Cloud Engineer AI to operate and improve the cloud AI platform estate across Azure AI Foundry, supporting Azure services, GenAI Hub Portal, Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise and approved AI services. The role focuses on maintaining reliable, secure, monitored and cost-effective AI platforms that are easy for users and developers to consume. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day AI platform operations, supporting Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, AI Search, networking, monitoring and logging, managing access and onboarding support, operating SaaS AI products as managed services, supporting incident triage, performance reporting and operational runbooks, maintaining platform catalogues for approved models and AI tools, monitoring cloud costs, collaborating with DevSecOps teams on secure deployment practices, supporting platform standards, and working with AI teams to assess technical feasibility and reusable solutions.
