Job description
Terberg DTS (UK) Ltd is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to perform servicing, inspections, diagnostics and repairs on distribution tractors, Ro-Ro tractors, port equipment, aircraft ground support equipment and other specialist vehicles at customer locations. The role requires working independently in the field while maintaining high standards of technical ability, safety and customer service. Responsibilities include carrying out routine servicing and repairs, performing visual and operational inspections, diagnosing faults using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment, inspecting accident-damaged machines and preparing reports, completing administrative procedures, managing vehicle parts inventory, following manufacturer instructions and safe working procedures, obtaining customer approval for completed work, attending training courses, maintaining company equipment, supporting business projects, participating in out-of-hours callouts when required, and travelling to customer sites including overnight stays when necessary.
