Job description
We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor for our Milton Keynes Car & Van Rental branch. As part of a busy Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you'll work with management and other staff members to deliver the excellent service levels our customers expect. Day-to-day duties include delivering an excellent level of customer care face-to-face and via telephone, handling customer complaints and queries, monitoring and controlling expenditure, running daily reports, and helping to promote a positive customer experience. Shifts are on a rota basis 45 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, including alternate weekends.
