Junior Aladdin Analyst

Jupiter Asset Management is one of the UK's leading investment management companies with nearly 500 employees and £54 billion assets under management as at 31st December 2025. Jupiter is establishing a new Front Office Aladdin team to strengthen ownership, support and adoption of BlackRock's Aladdin platform across investment teams. The Junior Aladdin Analyst will work within the Front Office Aladdin team, reporting to the IM Analyst Lead, and will support the implementation of best-in-class Aladdin workflows while helping develop a gold standard operating model across the Investment floor. Key responsibilities include establishing standards for Aladdin configuration, usage and governance in line with control frameworks and regulatory expectations, working with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Traders and stakeholders to capture requirements and validate Aladdin use cases, analysing current and future Front Office workflows, identifying opportunities for Aladdin improvements, supporting investment teams with effective Aladdin workflows and data integration, maintaining documentation including service definitions, operating procedures, control artefacts, user guidance and change records, supporting Front Office users with Aladdin functionality and data dependencies, collaborating with Technology, Data and Operations teams, delivering KRIs and metrics, and staying updated on Aladdin capabilities, industry practices and regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years experience working in Asset Management with Aladdin, strong knowledge of Aladdin capabilities and data flows including portfolio construction, risk analytics, performance, compliance and position data, experience supporting Aladdin enhancements or configuration changes, strong analytical skills, communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving Front Office environment.
