Job description
Millers Oils is seeking a Business Development Executive - Industrial to join its Industrial division, primarily within Fluid Management. This office-based, full-time permanent role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop technical sales and customer relationship skills while gaining hands-on experience alongside Fluid Management Technicians. Full training is provided with clear progression into specialist positions. Responsibilities include driving profitable growth within the Industrial division, maintaining and developing customer accounts, researching new business opportunities, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, updating CRM systems, assisting with onsite fluid management services including oil handling, sampling and housekeeping, supporting senior technicians during service visits, preparing equipment and documentation, carrying out inspections under supervision, maintaining safe working areas, building strong customer relationships, supporting the Fluid Management Coordinator, and following all health, safety and environmental procedures.
