Job description
Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join a growing water treatment team. This field-based leadership role is responsible for overseeing complex water treatment projects, supporting engineers on-site, and ensuring successful delivery of technical services to clients. The role involves leading water treatment projects, remedial works, installations, and technical service activities; providing technical guidance to engineers and site teams; attending customer sites for complex works, audits, and quality inspections; managing project mobilisation, delivery and completion while meeting deadlines and quality standards; coordinating engineers, subcontractors, materials and resources; supporting troubleshooting across closed systems, cooling towers, boiler water treatment, dosing systems and associated plant; maintaining strong client relationships; ensuring effective communication; promoting safe working practices; and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
