Job description
Leidos is hiring a Java Software Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical national infrastructure systems. The role involves developing, debugging, testing, documenting, and deploying software solutions; designing modern single-page applications using React and TypeScript; integrating front-end applications with REST APIs; supporting software delivery pipelines; investigating and resolving technical issues; collaborating with backend and testing teams; maintaining high-quality code standards; participating in Agile development processes; creating technical documentation; writing unit and integration tests; supporting UI and API automation testing; and contributing to engineering best practices.
