Job description
Amtis Professional Ltd is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Systems Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion HR systems environment. The role focuses on supporting, optimising, and continuously improving Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules while assisting with quarterly releases, testing cycles, system enhancements, and business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and support partners to ensure effective system operation and alignment with business requirements. Responsibilities include providing Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll support, managing quarterly Oracle release reviews, testing and deployments, configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruit, Learn, Time & Absence and Remuneration, resolving incidents, supporting integrations and data flows, maintaining testing documentation and release plans, delivering user guidance and training, and managing incidents through ServiceNow.
