Job description
Outsource UK is recruiting a Senior Development Engineer to join an innovative R&D team developing next-generation semiconductor systems. The role involves leading the design, development, testing and validation of advanced engineering systems while combining laboratory-based practical work with modelling and simulation. The successful candidate will contribute to complex engineering projects, solve technical challenges, support hardware prototyping, perform testing and validation activities, and help develop sustainable manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities include designing engineering solutions, carrying out development activities, validating systems, analysing performance data, producing technical documentation, applying modelling and simulation techniques, and collaborating within a research and development environment.
