Job description
Elis UK Limited is seeking a Shift Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to support engineering operations at site. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will provide maintenance support across breakdowns, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), equipment upgrades, new installations and building infrastructure improvements. The role requires a multi-skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical expertise who can maintain plant equipment, troubleshoot faults, support continuous improvement activities and ensure all engineering work is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include completing PPM activities, carrying out repairs, supporting equipment improvements, identifying engineering issues, maintaining safe working practices, completing handovers between shifts, reporting incidents and collaborating with production and engineering teams.
