Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Operator to join a busy road freight team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of customers, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring that every shipment is delivered efficiently, accurately, and profitably. Key responsibilities include managing the shipment process from booking to final invoicing, coordinating with transport providers, monitoring supplier costs, processing orders within the transport management system, and arranging customs/shipping documentation.
