Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and business applications. Lead and supervise the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery processes. Manage cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Oversee IT budgets, software licensing, and vendor relationships. Coordinate technology upgrades, system implementations, and digital transformation projects. Ensure business continuity through effective risk management and data protection strategies. Collaborate with department managers to identify technology needs and recommend innovative solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and assets.
