Job Description: AK Clinics is a leading hair and skin clinic with multiple locations across India, founded by Dr Kapil Dua and Dr Aman Dua. The Ludhiana centre is the flagship clinic. AK Clinics is known for advanced hair transplant procedures and skin treatments delivered by specialist doctors. Role Summary We are hiring a Social Media & Brand Growth Manager for Ludhiana to own our presence across Instagram (3 accounts), YouTube, LinkedIn, PR, and Podcast collaborations. Your mandate is to build genuinely engaged audiences, produce viral content, secure podcast and media partnerships, and ensure every channel speaks with one consistent brand voice. What You Will Own What We Are Looking For 3+ years managing social media for a healthcare, wellness, personal care, or aspirational lifestyle brand Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts to 50K+ followers through organic content — must be able to show data, not just screenshots Strong Reels and short-form video skills — ideation, scripting, filming guidance, editing Experience managing multiple accounts with distinct brand voices simultaneously YouTube channel growth experience — understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, retention Podcast collaboration experience — ability to identify, pitch, coordinate and repurpose podcast content PR and media outreach experience — ability to write a pitch and follow it up Comfort with medical/clinical content — ability to translate procedure information into engaging, accurate content without sensationalising Data orientation — reads analytics, draws content conclusions, adjusts strategy based on numbers Strong written communication in Hindi and English
