Experience:
1-7 years of experience in Rebar Detailing/Estimation (US Standards preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Rebar Estimator with 1 to 7 years of experience to join our team for US-based construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of rebar estimation, construction drawings and project specifications.
Key Skills:
Proficient in related software’s
Strong understanding of structural drawings and rebar codes
Excellent communication & team coordination
Able to manage multiple projects independently and with team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Rebar Detailer:
Prepare accurate Rebar shop drawings and BBS from structural plans
Interpret construction blueprints and ensure precise detailing
Conduct quality control to ensure compliance with specs & codes
Mentor junior detailers and ensure timely project delivery
Rebar Estimator:
Prepare accurate Rebar Estimation report from structural plans
Interpret construction blueprints and ensure precise Estimation
Conduct quality control to ensure compliance with specs & codes
Mentor junior Estimators and ensure timely project Estimation report
