Quality Engineer

Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Netherlands / Germany / Ireland / Singapore (Visa Sponsorship Available) Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products and manufacturing processes meet customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with production, design, and supplier teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest quality standards. Typical responsibilities include implementing quality assurance systems, conducting inspections and audits, performing root cause analysis, leading CAPA initiatives, monitoring process performance using SPC, preparing quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards. The role also involves supplier quality management, customer complaint resolution, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
