PL/SQL Developer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for business-critical applications. Perform query optimization and database performance tuning to improve application efficiency. Develop and maintain tables, views, indexes, sequences, synonyms, and constraints. Analyze execution plans and implement performance improvement strategies. Create reusable PL/SQL components following coding standards and best practices. Develop ETL scripts, data migration utilities, and data validation processes. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders. Support database deployment, release management, and production activities. Ensure database security, integrity, backup, and data consistency. Prepare technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews. Monitor database health and recommend continuous improvements. Stay updated with Oracle technologies and industry best practices. M.Sc. BCA MCA Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline Experience 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL Development. Experience working with enterprise-level database applications. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP, HRMS, CRM, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Enterprise Applications. Knowledge of Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms & Reports is an added advantage. Oracle Certification is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
