Wood Home Finance Limited - WHFL is a reputed Affordable Housing Finance Company.
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Jaipur branch.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Housing Finance / NBFC - Affordable Housing
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive overall branch P&L, business growth & operational efficiency
- Achieve targets for Home Loan & LAP in the affordable housing segment
- Build strong relationships with builders, DSA's, and channel partners in Jaipur
- Lead, coach and manage the branch sales and credit team
- Ensure compliance, credit quality, and excellent customer service
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute
- Experience: 5+ years in Housing Finance/NBFC with proven HL / LAP sales & branch handling
- Strong market knowledge of Jaipur & nearby areas preferred
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
