Airline Ground Staff

Job Summary The Airline Ground Staff is responsible for ensuring smooth airport operations by assisting passengers, coordinating boarding and baggage handling, and maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. Ground staff work closely with airline, airport, and security teams to ensure flights depart and arrive on time. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist passengers at the airport. Perform passenger check-in and issue boarding passes. Verify travel documents such as passports, visas, and tickets. Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and lost baggage queries. Assist passengers during boarding and deboarding. Make flight announcements and provide boarding instructions. Respond to passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and gate changes. Provide assistance to senior citizens, passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, and families travelling with children. Coordinate with security, baggage handling, and flight operations teams. Ensure compliance with airline safety, security, and operational procedures. Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain high service standards. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate passenger records. Required Qualifications Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and airline reservation systems preferred). Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
