Chartered Accountant

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) responsible for managing and overseeing the company's complete finance and accounting functions. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, preparation and review of financial statements, GST and TDS compliance, taxation, ROC/MCA filings, audits, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance and maintain proper financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The role also requires coordination with internal teams, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders for audits, financial reporting, and compliance-related matters. The candidate should be capable of monitoring accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, balance sheet preparation, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate books of accounts.
