Job description
Sudit K Parekh & Co is hiring Article Clerks/Trainees who are interested in building their professional career in Chartered Accountancy through practical Articleship experience. Candidates may work across multiple functions including Statutory Audit, Risk Assurance Advisory, Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing, International Tax, Banking & Financial Services, and Business Tax. Responsibilities include assisting with statutory and tax audits, internal audits, risk management, GST compliance and reconciliations, transfer pricing documentation, TDS/TCS returns, international taxation, tax calculations, preparation of certificates under Section 195 of the Income Tax Act, accounting advisory, group reporting, special audits, and client documentation. The role provides exposure to accounting, auditing, taxation, financial services, regulatory compliance, and advisory assignments across different industries. Candidates will be expected to understand financial and tax documents, collect required information, perform research and analysis, assist senior professionals, prepare reports and documentation, and support clients with taxation and compliance matters.
