Business Management Analyst

Ananth Technologies is hiring a Business Management Analyst to work closely with business-group leadership and support business performance tracking, MIS, planning, analysis, decision-making and cross-functional coordination. The role involves developing and maintaining MIS dashboards covering revenue, orders, margins, billing, collections, project status and key operational metrics. The candidate will prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, track performance against budgets and forecasts, identify deviations and risks, monitor major projects and their milestones, delivery schedules, profitability and customer dependencies. The position also involves tracking business-development pipelines, tenders, expected orders and major customer opportunities, supporting annual budgeting, revenue forecasting and business planning, and conducting market, competitor, pricing and profitability analysis. The candidate will prepare business cases for new products, investments, CAPEX and strategic initiatives, track management action items and coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Procurement, Production, Quality and Sales teams. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, along with analytical ability, communication skills, ownership, organization and follow-up skills. Interest in aerospace, defence, space and technology businesses is preferred.
