Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to join the Workforce Organization Practice. The role involves implementing and configuring Avature solutions, gathering business requirements, supporting end-to-end HR technology implementation, and providing post-deployment support. The candidate will analyze and improve HR processes including onboarding, performance management, compensation, payroll, talent management, and organizational structure. Responsibilities include preparing As-Is and To-Be process documentation, identifying process gaps, developing HR dashboards and reports, analyzing workforce metrics such as hiring, attrition, engagement, and performance, ensuring HR data accuracy, supporting workforce planning and predictive analytics, collaborating with HR technology teams on HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow, leading UAT testing, providing end-user training, partnering with HRBPs, Finance, COEs, and business leaders, translating business requirements into functional specifications, presenting business insights, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, maintaining SOPs and audit documentation, and supporting HR data governance and privacy initiatives.
