Manage day-to-day transportation and logistics operations, coordinate with transporters and drivers, track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, maintain logistics records, prepare Route Margin Reports, analyze transportation costs and route-wise profitability, and resolve delivery-related issues. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
