Manage customer tender requirements and contract creation for won tenders in SAP and Athena. Maintain master data integrity and governance, manage the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle for Logistics & Services products, create standard rate templates, update sales and purchase contracts, monitor contractual rate accuracy and timeliness, perform reconciliations, support stakeholders, provide training, and ensure compliance with designated controls.
